Why you should come to orchestra with an optimistic attitude

1. The quality in the music comes from the player. If the player does not show attitude towards the instrument, they will not play their hardest. If they don't play their hardest one part of the orchestra goes down.

2. The people around you sometimes depend on you to help create a good sound for the orchestra. If one person is playing horribly they some others will follow them and get off beat or fall off tune.

3. Orchestra is fun. If someone doesn't want to be here, then why did they join? Orchestra is a privilege and should only be meant for the people willing to do what they should do in Orchestra.

Remember, attitude counts towards playing, playing counts towards others, and the people around you count towards the Orchestra.
